You can delete a case plan that is in "In Progress" status. A case plan that has been approved may not be deleted or edited.
Delete a case plan as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Case Plan link in the navigation bar on the left. The Case Plan Filter Criteria screen appears. The table lists each case plan that has been recorded on this case.
Click the Delete link for the plan you want to delete. The status must be, "In Progress" for this link to appear. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the action.
Click OK. The case plan is deleted.
