Record a Review of Permanency Goals for a Case Review/SAR

Process: Record a Case Review/SAR

The SAR requires you to indicate whether each child’s current permanency goal needs to be amended. If so, then you update relevant dates for achieving the permanency goal stated in the case plan.

Record a review of permanency goals as follows:

1. From the Case Review Topics screen; click the Permanency Goals link. The Permanency Goals screen appears.

2. Click the Edit link for the child whose review you are recording. The Narrative Details screen appears.

3. Select Yes or No in the Does the child's current permanency goal need amendment? field.

4. If you selected Yes, complete the rest of the fields on this screen.

5. Click OK. You are returned to the Permanency Goals screen.

6. Repeat steps 2 - 5 for each child in the case review/SAR.

7. Click Save. You are returned to the Case Review Topics page.

8. Click Next Task below to continue.
