Record a Strengths and Needs Update on a Case Review/SAR

Process: Record a Case Review/SAR

As part of the case review/SAR, you provide a current assessment of the risk contributors and identify the most significant developments since the last review.

Record a strengths and needs update as follows:

1. From the Case Review Topics screen, click the Strengths and Needs Update link. The Strengths and Needs Update Information screen appears.

2. For each item, select Yes or No to indicate whether it is a risk contributor, then enter detailed descriptions in response to the narrative fields.

3. Select a status in the Strengths/Needs Status field.

4. Click Save. You are returned to the Case Review Topics screen.

5. Click Next Task below to continue.
