Record an Independent Living Readiness Review

Process:  Record an Independent Living Plan

The readiness review allows you to explain in detailed narratives your evaluations of the youth's readiness to be self sufficient.

Record a readiness review as follows:

1. Click the Readiness Review tab on the independent living plan screen. The Independent Living Readiness Review screen appears. It lists the review records that have been added to this plan, displaying a portion of each narrative.

2. Click the Add Readiness Review button to create a new record. The Readiness Review Details screen appears.
   
   You can edit a readiness review record if the independent living plan is in "Pending" status. When the plan is in "Active" status, you can only enter new readiness review records.

3. Complete the fields on this screen.

4. Click OK. You are returned to the Independent Living Readiness Review screen.

5. Click Save. You are returned to the Independent Living Records screen.

6. Click Next Task below to continue.
