View an AR family service review

An alternative response (AR) family service review reflects a re-examination of any safety issues, risks, and emerging danger, and describes the impact of the AR pathway, and services provided to the family. (See About case reviews.)

View an AR family service review:

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

3. Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

4. Click the AR Family Service Review link in the navigation bar on the left. The AR Family Service Review Filter Criteria screen appears.

5. Click the Edit link for the review record you want to view. The Family Service Plan Review Topic  screen appears. This screen displays a list of Topic links that were addressed in this review. The topics addressed depends on the type of review.

6. Click Close. You are returned to the AR Family Service Review Filter Criteria screen.
