Case services are recorded whenever the need for them has been identified during the life of a case. Services are either needed, planned, or provided. Paid services are always assigned to individual case members, while unpaid services may, if applicable, be assigned to case member groups.
In either situation, you view the details of a service record only from the Case Services list screen. From the Case Services Group tab you can see a list of which services have been assigned to groups of participants, but you cannot view the details of the service from that screen.
View case service information as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
If you are a supervisor, open the case listing of the worker, then click the ID Number link of the case. If you are a worker, click the ID Number link of the case. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Case Services link in the menu on the left. The Case Services Filter Criteria screen appears. The case services that been recorded for this case appear in the table in the bottom section of the screen. The Status column indicates whether the service has been provided, planned, needed, and so on.
To limit the display of notes records, enter filter criteria, then click Filter.
For example, you can display notes recorded within a certain date range, for a certain case member, or in a certain status.
Click the View or Edit link to view the details of a particular service record. The system defaults to the Service Information tab.
On the Service Information tab; click Edit next to the name in the Member Service Status History field. The Status Details screen appears.
Click Cancel. You are returned to the Service Information tab.
Make a selection from the Case Member / Caregiver/ Caretaker drop down. Click the Add Status / Provider button. The Status Details appears.
Click Cancel. You are returned to Service Information tab.
Click the Service Review tab on an individual service record to see a list of review dates and recommendations. If none exist; click Add Service Review button. The Service/Activity Review Details screen appears.
Click the Service Activity tab. The Service Activity Filter Criteria screen appears.
Click Close to return to the Service Activity tab.
Click Cancel to return to the Case Services Filter Criteria screen.
