Agency Information

This screen allows you to view, add, or update agency information. The Add Contact button allows you to record the agency's phone, fax, pager numbers, as well as email addresses. The Add Staff button allows you to record up to six of the agency's key staff members, including the director of the agency.


Only State administrators should inactivate or re-activate an agency.
