Identifying information, (case plan)

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the child and adult participants in this case plan.

These are the case members who will be receiving services and working toward achieving the goals identified in the case plan. The system automatically selects the participants from the most recent approved family assessment. You can then add or remove participants if necessary. For a child in placement, the system displays information from the current placement episode. The Add Child and Add Adult buttons allow to select the participants in the plan. The Edit link opens the participant's person profile record. The Delete link allows you to remove a child or adult participant from the case plan. The Relationship link displays the relationships among the children in the case to the adult selected.

This screen also allows you to indicate that you do not have enough information to complete the plan within the 30-day time frame and document the steps you intend to take to complete it. A case plan must be completed within 30 days from the date the complaint was filed, 30 days from the date the child was in placed in shelter care, or 30 days before the adjudicatory hearing.

The Person Search button allows you to locate and select the presiding judge or magistrate, whose person profile is recorded in the system.
