Concerns (case plan)

This screen allows you to view, add, or update descriptions of family concerns, or risk contributors. These identify the needs the case plan should address in helping the family.

The system automatically fills in the family concerns recorded on the family assessment. You can update these on the case plan as necessary. The case plan must include at least one strength and one concern.

The Edit link allows you to update an existing concern record, while the Delete link allows you to remove it from the case plan. The Services link allows you to link the concern to a services record. A concern record must be associated with a service record. The Add Concern button allows you to add a new concern record to the case plan.
