This screen allows you to view, add, or update the visitation plan for each child in the case plan who is in placement.
Visitation plans are recorded for all children for whom the agency maintains custodial rights. A visitation plan can be linked to the case plan, or it can be created as a stand-alone plan. You use a stand-alone plan to monitor the interaction a child has with the biological family, case participants, and non-case participants recognized by the agency.
The Edit link allows you to update an existing visitation plan. The Activity link allows you to update the case activity log.
The Link Visitation button opens the visitation plan record. The first visitation plan is created outside of the case plan then linked to the plan. You can edit the visitation plan from the case plan or create an additional visitation plan by using the copy feature. The Link Visitation button allows you to select the visitation plan.
