Permanency details (case plan) screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details the plan for providing a child with a permanent placement. You record your efforts to establish permanent placements for all children in the custody of the agency who have a goal of adoption or planned permanent living arrangement.

Document the steps taken to find...	Enter a description of the steps the agency has taken to find a permanent placement for the child. You can enter up to 2,000 characters. This field is required.
(check boxes)	Select each check box next to each recruitment activity the agency has taken. You can check more than one.
If Other, Explain	If you selected the Other check box above, describe the recruitment activity. You can enter up to 2,000 characters.
Describe the child-specific recruitment activities...	Describe the recruitment activities taken to find a permanent placement for this child. Enter up to 2,000 characters.
