This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of a placement request that is made before the child's placement. Any worker assigned to a case may record a placement request. The system sends a notification to the workers assigned to the case notifying them of the placement request.
The Link Provider button is enabled when you select the type of placement in the Service Type field and allows you to search for provider who match the criteria. When you link this placement request to a provider record, the system transfers information from the placement request record to the provider match screen.
When you open the placement record, the system transfers the service category, service type, child's name, and provider name from the placement request.
