From Date

To view conference notes records created within a date range, enter the beginning date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

To Date

To view conference notes records created within a date range, enter the ending date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Created By

To view conference notes created by a certain supervisor, select the supervisor's name.

Category

To view conference notes of a certain category, select the category.

Sort Results By

Select the method by which you want to the system display the search results.
