Associate activity log participants

(Check boxes)

Select the check box next to the participant whom you contacted.

If the case category is "Ongoing,"  you must associate the activity with at least one participant.

If the case category is "Assessment/Investigation Initiated," you cannot associate a participant with the activity.

Contact status

Select the status of the contact, indicating whether the contact was attempted or completed,  with the selected participant. If you selected the check box next to a participant, you must select a status.
