Assessing reunification readiness

This screen allows you to view the questions and responses for assessing reunification readiness. An Edit link displays next to each answer field to add or edit the response to each question. A View link will display once the reunification assessment record is final approved. Each question must be answered before the reunification assessment can be approved.
