Concerns review (AR family service review) screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the detailed descriptions of family concerns, or risk contributors in the alternative response (AR) family service review.. These identify the needs the AR family service plan should address in helping the family. A concern record must be associated with a service record.

The system automatically fills in the family strengths recorded on the AR family service plan assessment. You can update these on the AR family service plan as necessary. The AR family service plan must include at least one strength and one concern.]
