Ongoing case assessment filter criteria

This screen lists the ongoing assessment/investigation (A/I) records for this case. If this case is open, you can also create a new ongoing assessment or reassessment for this case. An ongoing case assessment/investigation (A/I) is required for intakes with a category of CA/N. It is optional for other categories. Only one ongoing case A/I may be in progress, pending approval, or completed at a time.

The View link allows you to view a completed A/I, while the Edit link allows you to view or update an A/I in progress. The Report link allows you to print the JFS 01402. The Add Ongoing Case Assessment button appears when there are no A/I records currently with "In Process" status. The Delete a link allows you to delete an A/I record created in error. You can delete A/I records with "In Process" status..

From Date	To view A/I records created within a certain date range, enter the beginning date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. If you complete this field, you must also enter an ending date.
To Date	To view A/I records created within a certain date range, enter the ending date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Sort Results By	Select the method by which you want the system to list the assessment records.
