This screen allows you to view, add, or update the children and adults who are participants in this assessment/investigation (A/I) record. It also displays the intakes that are linked to this A/I.
If the family assessment is still in progress, the Add Intake button allows you to link one or more intake records to this assessment.
When you create a new A/I record, the system automatically fills in all of the children and adults included in the most recent safety assessment. The participant's name link opens the person profile. If there is no safety assessment, the Add Child and Add Adult buttons allow you to associate case members with this A/I. The Change Roles button allows you to add or update the person's role in the case.
The Delete link allows you to remove the association with the intake or case member. The link does not delete the intake record or remove the case member, on the association with this assessment.
