Edit Reporter screen

This screen allows you to edit reporter information from the Participants tab. The information on this screen populates from the information entered, and added to Add Reporter and Call Information screen. The fields that can be edited will display based on the reporter type. Once the intake screening decision has been saved this screen will not be available.
