Allegations tab

This tab only displays when the intake category is child abuse/neglect, and dependency; and the participant's roles are ACV/AP. If you are the worker who initiated the intake, and it is claimed by you; this screen allows you to add allegation details to the intake report.

Allegation Details: This is the first section on this screen. The Add Allegations button only displays after the ACV, and AP roles have been assigned to the appropriate participant. Once you click on the add allegations button, and add the reporter allegation details, those details will pull in to this section. The system will allow you to add additional allegations, and edit recorded allegation details until the intake decision is saved. Once saved the information entered is view only.

Allegation Setting: In this section you will select the setting type; if other is selected, enter details with regard to location, and the conditions of the location. To populate the address; you can either click on the Search for Address button and enter the address, or click on the Select Participant Address to select from the addresses recorded for the participants.

Infant Positive Toxicology Allegation: This section is to record positive toxicology allegations. The system defaults to the radio button, Not Answered. You must select one of the other radio buttons. If none of the listed allegations apply with regard to toxicology allegations, you will select the last radio button, Not Applicable.

Disabled Infant Allegation: You will complete this section, selecting all that apply. If one or more option is selected, a window will open for you to search for, and add the health care facility, the contact details, attending physician, and facility staff.
