This screen allows you to find an existing intake record. The quickest way to locate a record is to use the intake ID number. If you don't have this, you can use a variety of other search criteria.
The Search button initiates the search for intake records. If the system locates more than 50 records that match your criteria, it will return a message asking you to narrow your search criteria. The Select link allows you to view the intake record if you conducted the search from the Search header link. If you reached this screen from another function (for example, from a case record), the Select link selects the intake record and returns you to the previous function.
