This screen allows you to find an existing case record. The simplest way to display the case is by entering the case ID number or other reference ID number. If you don't have this number, you can search by other criteria, including the case name, case address, worker name, other reference ID, and so on.
The search button initiates the search. If the system locates more than 50 records that match your criteria, it will return a message asking you to narrow your search criteria. The records that meet your criteria appear in the Case Search Results area. The Select link opens the Case Overview screen on the case record.
