From Date

To view PSAs in effect within a certain date range, enter the beginning date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

To Date

To view PSAs in effect within a certain date range, enter the ending date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Originating Agency

To view PSAs that were originated by a certain PCSA or CSA, select the agency.

Status

To view PSAs in a certain status, select the status.

Incoming State

To view PSAs that originated in another state, select the state.

Outgoing State

To view PSAs that were sent to another state, select the state.

PSA Ref. Name

To view PSAs with a certain reference name, select the name. Reference names are taken from one of the caretakers or children named in the PSA.

Sort Results By

Select the method by which you want to the system to display  the results.
