PSA received information details screen

This screen allows you to view the details about the State's receipt of a protective service alert (PSA) from the agency and the actions taken to address it.

While any worker can view protective service alerts, they are recorded and maintained by the State's PSA administrator.

Fields on this screen

Received From	Enter the name of the agency from which you received the PSA.
Date Received	Enter the date you received the PSA from the agency. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Information Received	Enter a summary of the information you received. You can enter up to 1,000 characters.
Information Sent to Agency	Enter the out-of-state agency to which you sent the PSA.
Date Sent to Agency	Enter the date on which you sent the PSA to the out-of-state agency. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Comments	Enter any additional information the PSA. You can enter up to 1,000 characters.
