This screen allows you to view, add, or update the outcomes of a protective service alert (PSA). The screen lists each participant named on the PSA and whether that person has been located. The name link displays information from the person profile. For the last known address, the system displays the participant's primary address.
When a participant named in a PSA has been located, the participant's record on the PSA is marked as "Located." When all of the PSA participants are marked as “Located,” the system changes the status of the PSA to “Located.” At this point, you cannot make any further updates to the PSA.
While any worker can view protective service alerts, they are recorded and maintained by the State's PSA administrator.
