This screen allows you to view, add, or update the activities required to complete an inquiry record and begin the provider record. Once the required activities are completed, you can enter an inquiry decision. An inquiry record is completed when Screened in Application has been selected in the Decision field. At that point, the system creates a provider record for the inquirer.
The View link allows you to read any narrative associated with the activity listed. The Edit link allows you to update the activity details, including the narrative, until the inquiry decision is recorded. The Delete link allows you to remove an activity that was entered in error.
