This screen allows you to view, add, or update provider information.
For a home provider, you can only view information, by clicking the View link. Provider information is initially collected on the inquiry screens, then transferred to the provider record when the inquiry is complete and the provider's application is accepted. Subsequent updates to home provider records are made through the home study.
For any other type of provider you can create the provider record and make subsequent updates from this screen. The Add Name button allows you to add the name on a new or existing provider record. The Add Type and Add Status buttons allow you to identify the type of provider this is and the provider's status.
The Caregivers tab is enabled only for home providers.
