Recruitment plan information screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update recruitment plan details. The screen lists a series of topics that are to be address in the plan. All agencies are required to devise annual recruitment plans, which they submit to ODJFS for approval.

When entered, the first line of the narrative appears in the Narrative column. The View link allows you to read the full narrative that addresses the topic selected. The Edit link allows you to add or update the narrative.

Fields on this screen

Plan Type	Select the plan type. This field is required.
Plan Name	Enter a name for the plan. You can enter up to 40 characters. This field is required.
Effective Date	Enter the date on which the plan is effective. You may enter a date in the future. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.
Expiration Date	Enter the date on the plan will no longer be effective. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
# Projected Inquiries	Enter the number of foster or adoptive homes you hope to recruit using this plan. In later reporting, the system will compare the actual number of inquiries against this projection.
# of Planned Recruitment Events	Enter the number of events to be included as part of this recruitment plan. In later reporting, the system will compare the actual number of events against this projection.
# Children to be Placed	Enter the number of children to hope to place as a result of this recruitment plan. In later reporting, the system will compare the actual number of children placed against this projection.
# of Families to be Approved/Certified	Enter the number of foster or adoptive families you hope to certify as a result of this recruitment plan. You do not need to enter this number to save the plan; however, this field is required when you submit the plan for approval. In later reporting, the system will compare the actual number of families approved against this projection.
