Outdoor/neighborhood description screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update a description of the provider's neighborhood and the area outside the home.

Outdoor Home Amenities (Check boxes)	Select the check boxes next to the amenities that exist on the premises.
Of Other, Describe	If you selected the Other check box above, describe the amenities. You can enter up to 2,000 characters.
Describe Safety Issues...	Enter a description of any safety hazards that exist around the home. You can enter up to 2,000 characters. You must complete this field before submitting the home study for approval.
Describe the Neighborhood...	Enter a description of the neighborhood. You can enter up to 2,000 characters. You must complete this field before submitting the home study for approval.
