Law Enforcement Letter screen

This screen allows you to define the parameters of a letter to law enforcement officials concerning a report involving possible child abuse or neglect that may be a criminal offense. Once you enter these parameters, the system generates the letter in a print-ready format.

Law Enforcement Name	Enter the name of the law enforcement agency to whom the letter is being sent.
Contact Name	Enter the first and last names of the law enforcement official to whom the letter is address.
Address	Enter the address to which the letter is being sent.
Third Party	Select this check box of the allegations in the intake concern a third party.
Case Worker	Select the name of the caseworker responsible for the assessment/ investigation.
