Face-to-Face Visit Comparison Report screen

This screen allows you to define the parameters of the Face-to-Face Visit Comparison report and display it in a print-ready format. This report may be generated with a specific case in focus or with a certain person in focus.

The report reflects the face-to-face visits from only the cases to which the worker requesting the report is assigned.

How do I...

Fields on this screen

Worker Name	Click Worker Search, then locate and select the worker who conducted the face-to-face contacts. If this person is a supervisor, the system displays face-to-face visits at the person level for cases in the supervisor's caseload as well as cases in the caseloads of the workers supervised.
From Date	Enter the beginning date of the range when the face-to-face contacts were made. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
To Date	Enter the ending date of the range when the face-to-face contacts were made. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Case Name, Case ID	If you are generating this report for a specific case, click Case Search, then locate and select the case.
Person Name, Person ID	If you are generating this report by person for a specific person, click Person Search, then locate and select person to include in this report.
Case Type	Select the type of case you are including in this report.
Face-to-Face Category	Select the category of face-to-face visit to include in this report.
Location Type	Select the type of location to include in this report.
Contact Status	Select the status of face-to-face visit to include in this report.
