State Protective Service Alert Report

This screen allows you to define the parameters of the State Protective Services Alert Report and display it in a print-ready format.

Agency	Select the agency(ies) to be included in this report. This field is required.
Case ID	If you want to generate the report for a single case, enter the ID number of the case to be included in the report.
Person ID	If you want to generate the report for single person, enter the ID number of the person.
From Date	Enter the beginning date of the reporting period. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.
To Date	Enter the ending date of the reporting period. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.
