Current Narrative Component

This area displays the most recent narrative being entered for the intake with automatically saved date and time. You can add intake narrative by clicking on the Edit button. After you have completed the editing of the narrative, you will click the Done Editing button. You can click on the current narrative (saved date/time) link at the top of the narrative field to close the current narrative view. Once the intake decision is saved, the intake narrative is view only and can not be edited.
