An education profile includes information about a child's school, performance, attendance, and any special educational needs. (See About education profiles.)
Conduct a Person Search. From the Person Overview screen, to locate an education profile, complete the following steps:
Click the Education link above the row of tabs. The School Profile tab appears.
Click the Performance tab. The School Records screen appears. This screen reflects the child's academic evaluations and any attendance issues.
For existing records, click the Edit link to view the details.
Click the Cancel button to return to the School Records screen.
Click the Special Education tab. The Multi-Factor Evaluation (MFE) History screen appears. This screen displays any MFEs or Individualized Educations (IEPs) that have been recorded.
Click the Edit link to view the details of a particular record.
Click the Cancel button to return to the Multi-Factor Evaluation (MFE) History screen.
Click the Cancel button. You are returned to the Person Search Criteria screen.
