View Child Acceptance and Placement Criteria

The provider identifies the characteristics, age, and numbers of children he or she is able to accept.

View this criteria as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.

3. Click the Select link for the provider whose record you want to update. The Provider Overview screen appears.

4. Click the Acceptance Criteria link in the menu on the left. The system defaults to the Characteristics tab; the Acceptance Characteristics List screen appears.

5. Click the View link next to the provider type record you want to view. The Characteristics screen appears.

6. Click Close.  The Acceptance Characteristics List screen appears.

7. Click the Usage Placement tab. The Usage Placement Criteria screen appears. This screen identifies the number of children the provider is able to accept at one time and the age range.

8. Click Home or other tab or link to maneuver off this screen.
