PSA actions taken by agency

This screen allows you to view, add, or update information about the actions the agency has taken to support a protective service alert (PSA) and the situation surrounding the alert. You must select at least one agency action and one case situation before the PSA can be approved.

While any worker can view protective service alerts, they are recorded and maintained by the State's PSA administrator.
