End date a safety hazard

The person profile is where safety hazards are recorded on a person record when that person poses a threat to workers' safety. When you record a safety hazard, the system applies a check in the Safety Hazard Exists check box on the Person Overview screen. A red Hazard warning icon will appear on the Intake Header screen if the person is added to the intake. The system also sends workers an alert with a link to the Safety Hazard tab. See how to edit a safety hazard.

  1. Click the Safety Hazard tab. The Active Safety Hazards screen appears.
